Gully Stopper
The gully stopper is a removable plastic bung that creates access for rodding the pipeline from a concrete gully pot. A plastic socket is cast into the concrete pot such that when the bung is in place it creates a water-tight seal maintaining the water trap seal. The gully stopper and socket can be supplied as two discrete components or as an assembled unit to suit the chosen production method of the concrete gully.
Castin Socket
The castin socket is a moulded plastic component which is cast into underground concrete, pipelines, gullys and structures to form an accurate, smooth finished hole for a pipe and seal. The smooth finish and accurate round profile ensures a good water tight seal by resisting the slump of the concrete as it cures making it particularly advantageous for high output dry cast manufacturing. Using the socket also simplifies the design of automated machinery.
