Toggle spring wing anchors are anchors used in hollow wall applications (walls with space on the other side) such as drywall and concrete blocks (also called cinder blocks) or any hollow concrete masonry unit. Toggle wings are used with machine screws through pre-drilled holes. The toggle spring wings are folded and inserted through the pre-drilled hole. The spring action of the toggle wings causes the wings to open up inside the wall once clear of the hole it was inserted through.
