If you are assembling formwork for the casting of flat products, this is a must-have item to improve safety, efficiency and ergonomics. Adding a flat casting table to your operation allows you to stop the bending, lifting and second-guessing of whether your pieces will fit together. Available as free-standing or long line table with multiple widths, lengths and thicknesses available for use in casting wall panels, paving slabs, foundations, lids and slabs. Solid steel, self stressing construction with end stressing frames create a quality casting surface. Side rail options include: fixed, bolt-down or magnetic.
Forming System Highlights
- Any size table can be manufactured, but larger tables will be made of bolt-together sections. Sizes may be limited by shipping constraints.
- Fabricated from 3/8″ HR steel skin, unless otherwise required, and reinforced with channel, formed J-bars and gussets.
- We can supply supports to elevate casting surface to comfortable working height.
- Self-stressing tables, reinforced to support the applied load, are also available.
