Former Forterra/Rinker executive brings Afinitas more than two decades of industry experience

ST. LOUIS — December 7, 2022 — Afinitas, the leading global infrastructure equipment and services company, is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Duncan to its executive leadership team as the new President of the Afinitas Forming Systems Division. Duncan succeeds Jamie Wegner, who will remain on the Afinitas executive leadership team and will focus on strategic and organizational initiatives.

Prior to joining Afinitas, Duncan spent more than 16 years with Forterra (now Rinker), a leading producer of concrete pipe and precast products. He served in several capacities including engineering, sales management, General Manager, Vice President of Specialty Products, Vice President of Stormwater Management, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and most recently as Vice President/General Manager – West Region.

Duncan is a professional engineer and holds an MBA degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science/Civil Engineering degree from Kansas State University.
